    Went into store today and was surprised at lack of attention and service. I know it was football grand final day and young staff no doubt excited about it but did not expect to be ignored while they played football at the back of the store. No one on register, no one approached me to offer help. I walked out in disgust. Went back about 1 hr later when someone was at desk and told the young lady how I felt about my earlier visit and how unprofessional their conduct was. I left without purchasing anything. I prefer to spend my hard earned money in a store where I can get some help. Obviously no in-store manager on duty today and obviously no concern about theft from their store with no one watching customers. Lucky you.
