  After I got home, installed the game and plugged in the USB attachment, something was wrong. It wasn't picking the guitar up and the guitar was just flashing. After a good 30+ minutes of frantic google searching and worrying about wasting my money, I come across a page on the guitar hero website for my problem. It says to press a button on the USB attachment so I do but still nothing... I then close the game and take out the USB attachment and when I look at it, I have been given the wrong one. I was given one for the Xbox one.

  would give a higher score if they didn't threaten people h break the EB policy and australian consumer law +some of the staff are rude and disgusting and the worst i have had the dealing with in all of retail if you want good customer service go to eb games golden grove as you wont get it here

  I was just in yesterday (Saturday 18/03) and I bought 3 games under one of the current sales, the buy two get one free sale. I bought 2 PS4 games, one of which was guitar hero live. I was so excited to play the game, and it came with the guitar which was a bargain.

  I don't understand how I can be given something for the Xbox one, when I clearly have a PS4. Very disappointed...

  After my daughter bought a game (new) from this store, we arrived home (some 20 minutes away) to find the store had forgotten to put the game in the box. I rang up to explain what had happened only to be told, "oh yeah, the games here." No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, zero empathy. Next day, my wife goes in to finally get the game, and again NO apology, NO sorry for the inconvenience, zero empathy. We will never shop there again, and suggest that if you do, check every item before you leave the store, as these clown are totally untrained monkeys, with no understanding in customer service.

  Grate shot staff are so nice and help you out
