  I also had a very similar experience 2 months ago when I tried to buy shoes from them. The few stores that I could get through to, seemed to have little idea about the shoes I was enquiring about even though they were on their website.

  Terrible. Not every Footlocker store stocks every shoe on their website so you are required to ring up first, which is fair enough, but good luck getting through. They do not seem to be capable of answering phones. I just rang them, it rang out, so I waited 5 minutes and tried again. Again it rang out, and they then took the phone off the hook. Smh

  Terrible experience at the Tea Tree Plaza Footlocker, purchased a pair of shoes and ended up going home with terrible condition shoes. Shoes had marks and creases. Went back to the store the next day to replace the shoes, but got accused of making the creases and marks so they wouldn't replace the shoes. When truly they sold the shoes to me like that.
