  The business missed out on a lot of patronage because of the long wait and poor service not to mention I will not be going back.

  I asked a simple question and was basically told that this shoe wasn't in stock. No other options were made to us. I thanked her saying, "I waited 30 minutes to hear that." Then the 2 staff members that came onto the floor said, "Well as you can see we're busy and we (pointing to her co-worker) were both on a break." I said, "Running a business shouldn't be conducted in this way." She replied, "We deserve a break...we're human you know." I responded that perhaps they should have gone on separate breaks so that at least 3 people were on the floor at all times.

  Have been in there 3 times never served once or even been spoken to, when u have 2 young children waiting in a store for sizes is just not an option

  The store was busy so a ticket machine was placed at the front of the store. We took our ticket and I waited with my young son to ask a question. We waited there for over 30 minutes while only 2 staff worked in the store. Then our number was called and by this time 2 other staff came onto the floor.

  Booked an appointment for 2 children, school shoe fittings. Had to wait a very long time for assistance. Wasnt acknowledged appt exists and then experienced poor customer service by consultant. Seemed very distracted and uninterested. No one else in the store either. Wont be back again, regardless of specials.
