    Extremely audacious, rude, inconsiderate and utterly unprofessional service by one member of the staff, a woman wearing spectacles. Complaint made to the manager in charge straight away, hopefully noone else would have to go through what I did. Completely unacceptable in a public facing role. Sort it out people.

    They make you hold for ages then hang up on you anyways before you've even gotten to speak with someone. Useless.

    The people at this Motor Reg make Patty and Selma Bouvier look like caring, helpful angels. This is one bunch of people I can't wait to see replace by automation.

    Went today and had the most rude and very unprofessional service. She sat in counter 8 and I wish I can report her.
