  I have never had a bad experience here. I always came to the practise for medical help the doctors have been nothing but helpful. One tuesday night i decided to come in and seek some advise in regards to weightloss. I was seen by Mr Mguyen. I was discussing with him my concerns about my weight and my life routine and what i could do to lose weight, i was told about duromine so just wanted to seek some advise to see if i was eligible for it and to know a bit more about it. I was discussing with him that i would like to try it for a month just to see how my body reacts to it, he was absolutely disgusted in me and was very extreamly unhelp ful and unprofessional when all i was asking was for some advise. He told me i was wasting his time, and that he doesnt feel the need to discuss it for me, when he could clearly see i was over weight. This is the first time i have seeked out to get some help and he was absolutely rude about it, i was very polite and understanding and when i tried explaining my diet to him and that i cant go to the gym because i have bad knees due to playing sport for 16 years he rolled his eyes. I suggested maybe it was a good idea for me to go to my normal doctor and see what she could do for me. I refused to sign the form as he was very unprofessional and rude to me and he told me never to come and see him again. People like this should NOT be in this trade if they dont want to help!!!!!! i am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED in the way i was treated when i was simply polite. Mr Mguyen you are a horrible doctor and deserve nothing great in life.

  This place is the worst medical clinic. Ridiculously long waiting periods and staff who don't understand the 'care' part of healthcare. There a few lovely ladies at the front desk, but every doctor I've ever seen has made me feel uncomfortable and that my health issue was more of a burden for them than me. I seriously injured my hand over the weekend, and so I went to get exrays to make sure it wasn't broken. However, as I waited an hour and a half I was unable to get the exrays done as the technician left half an hour early. Utterly ridiculous. Some serious restructuring of procedures and staffing needs to take place to ensure appropriate healthcare is being offered to every person who walks through those doors. Otherwise, what the hell do we pay our taxes for?

  Very long wait times, and no booking. But their scanning, xray and treatment personal are great they do a terrific job. Doctors are decent and ones that weren't great are no longer there.

  I have used this practice many times (mostly out out of hours). Today I presented with a damaged knee. Dr Imgraben gave me fantastic care, organised referrals, called me directly to discuss results and re-refer me without waiting a second time all before 1 pm. Now I’m off to surgery at the RAH. The gentleman in the pharmacy also offers great service and advice. Thanks team!

  You must be present in the clinic to book the appointment, it cannot be done over the phone (which in itself is bizarre) nor by anyone else, and the waiting times are long. Although calling before and asking about the waiting time does help. Also going in to book the appointment, and then coming back at the estimated wait time is a good idea.
