    Customer service leaves much to be desired, waiting times are often longer than average compared to other chemists, some of the pharmacists can be a little rude, judgemental, dismissive & patronizing.

    We seem to have vastly differing opinions on what "Open til 9.00pm" means. If you are going to close at 7.00pm, please have the decency to state this on your media so that people needing urgent medication don't waste their time driving to your closed doors.

    The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful I will not go to another chemist . it is like being part of a family every time I go there they say hello Tracy how are you today .they go out of there way to assist you .
