Poor client service, cold burger presented, fries served in packet rather than wire basket as per marketing. New look mcdonalds but need to train staff on client service and to make an effort to present new branding.

Waiting 10 plus minutes (and counting) for drive through.... I don't think so. Seriously, you should know what products you will be selling and have them availed on hand not make people wait. Obviously customer service is not important to you. Golden Grove is so much better!

Constantly receiving coffees that are way too hot. Definitely past regulation temperature. I got one this morning that was the last straw. I could not even sip on until 40 minutes later - not an exaggeration. Someone is going to burn themselves and sue. Ill just go to C coffee at on the run from now on.

Great prompt service. Thickshake delicious. Burger great. Chips only let down. Just needed to bebit fresher.
