    Rude staff, got sold a faulty product. Tried to return product, got told the receipt was one of two and had to bring in the other. I said I couldn't bring it in until next week. They said that would be fine. When I came back I got told warrenty is expired and will not fix product unless I pay $50. Will never shop there again. Canceled an order my mother placed a week before due to being angry. They didn't care they just lost $900 in sales. Clearly they don't care about their sales. To them it's just a job.

    Store manager agreed the online policy was clear about refunds. Good service finally but should not be so hard next time.
