    My first expirence was fantastic from a young girl. Today I went back into the store as i bought a product that my Partner had already bought me as a Xmas gift. I lined up for 25 minutes out the front of the store only to be told they did not offer refunds. This should be explained to customers when they are making a purchase. That I may of been able to deal with if the service I received from 1 of the older ladies was not so horrible. She was rude and treated me like I was worth nothing. Almost like i had stolen a product. I Walked out of the store feeling overly miserable like I had done something terribly wrong. I'm sure if i was in there to make another purchase the service would have been different. I will no longer visit the ttp store in the future only based on the way she spoke to me and made me feel like I was a nobody. Very dissapointing that they can't explain their refund policy before they are quick to take your cash!
