  This has to be the worst customer service of any store, anywhere. I have been there 3 or 4 times each time swearing I would never return. Today was the last straw. I stood at a wall of cables trying to find what I needed. 3 staff stood around chatting or looking out the window. Not one asked if I needed any help. 2 walked past at least twice each not paying me any attention at all. 20 minutes passed before I finally found something that would work for me. Got to the counter and the only conversation was the guy telling me what I owed. Nothing else.

  worst jaycar store in sa, i was chasing a part other stores ran out of and the only store that still had it was modbury, they closed the doors 1 minute after 4pm on a sunday and one of the workers stood at the door mocking me and laughing, because i didnt make it in time.

  Brought my broken toggle switch to the store, even though they don't have the item I was looking for, one of staff tried to help and made my toggle switch worked. Best customer service.
