  The quality of their range justifies their price which is higher than Target or Kmart. They last longer so in the end, you get more for your money. Their store is much cleaner and well maintained too. Their fitting rooms are more spacious; hence, it's more convenient. Staff are helpful too.

  Dreadful phone service, I called to be transferred to Country Road Women's Department and was told I would be put through, I waited approx ten minutes and was redirected back to the start and waited again, I was then transferred again and ended up back at the beginning after a hold of over thirty minutes I was told sorry there is no Country Road Women's Department any more. Why they could not tell me this in the beginning I do not know, firstly I was told it was busy because of the sale but still was put on hold to wait for a department that does not exsist!!! What a waste of time!

  Trying on clothes 20/10/17 stepped out of change room to grab a bigger fit of pants, security comes in grabs clothes out of room proceed to tell him I was buying a few the shirts he was grabbing continues to tell me to move on to another change room spoke with a condisending tone.
