  I love big w for their great range of products. You can pretty much get anything and everything in the one store. I recently went to purchase a car seat and received wonderful service from one of the staff members. She helped me pick out the best seat for our car and she really knew what she talking about. Only downsides to this store is that it is always extremely hot and there seems to be no air conditioning or if there is it doesn't work very well. Doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Also they have recently changed the layout of the checkout to airport style (you are called to next available checkout) and there are only a few wide enough to fit a pram so it makes it a bit awkward trying to purchase things.

  big w at ttp is useless, next time they should sell the items listed in the advertising brochures we get every week in the letterbox,,,, i went there what a waste of time, looking around for a huawei y311 phone on special for 99 dollars advertised this week brochure on 26 october thursday, wanted to to use as a emergency but no nothing there,, all the usual stuff, boring,,,, very lazy workers you have there

  A wide range of cheap products. Store is dated and could do with a modern makeover. Staff generally not very engaging or helpful unfortunately
