  I have been going to this salon for many years and have been happy, but I feel they need a receptionist. I lost count of the amount of times my technician got up to answer phone and attend to walk in queries. What also annoyed me was the fact that the lady who was doing my pedicure asked me to wait another 5 minutes while she squeezed in a waxing. She put an extra treatment on my legs (which I thought was a bonus for being so patient) I didn't request this and was charged at the end. Being a long term loyal customer I'm not impressed. Seriously considering going elsewhere.

  A month ago I got SNS refills here and had zero complaints. Came back with a friend last week and had a completely different experience. My friend seemed to have an experienced tech who did her acrylic/shellac to perfection, I had a tech that seemed very unsure of herself seemed to be getting some tips from the experienced tech beside us. I sat for an extremely long time as my tech was having a lot of difficulty. I ended up with uneven and ugly nails. One nail in particular is not even close to smooth and barely has the shape of a nail.. instead it has waves of hardened SNS. The tech may have been new and in training but the experienced tech did not check over my nails or ensure that she knew what she was doing. I was never asked what shape I wanted and when I mentioned i prefer them pointy she continued to file them rounded. Most people like me won't make a fuss and complain.. they just won't come back. Who wants to pay $50 for an experience like the one I had.

  Absolutely terrible. Payed 47$ for matte black nails with a marble feature nail, finished up and the nails were semi - gloss. Came back and due to poor communication was under the impression that they would fix my nails and paint them matte as asked. Told they couldnt do matte anymore and was given a 5$ refund. If id have wanted gloss black nails if have asked for it. Dont tell a client you're capable of something youre quite clearly, not.

  I had a pedicure with Shellac yesterday 21/10 and certainly did not get what I paid for and had been looking forward to it all week. The girl who tended to me was less than interested and cut corners at every chance. She even slammed the bottle of polish down when she realised one nail had marked and rather than buff it out, she painted over top hoping it wouldn't show. On top of this whilst still sitting in the chair the foot spa was cleaned and I then had to take in the smell of the cleaners that were used. Not a very pleasant experience at all :/ and given I have just started coming back to them, I will rethink that decision next time
