  My phone experience was terrible, tried calling to see if a product was in stock(which should only take 5-10 min), the Initial person was sarcastic which made me feel insulted before putting me on hold. after a 25 minuet wait was greeted with "I didn't know you were on hold", after that they were helpful to find out that had the product was in stock, though it would of been faster to drive there.

  The new professional layout of the store is very well designed and modern. The store offers a wide selection of goods covering a variety of wares. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  New modern store. Great selection, prices and staff. Still the best place to buy kitchen bits and pieces.

  I like the new layout. The prices are not very competitive. They become much more bearable when items are on sale. Friendly staff.
